The girl DRISCOLL refused to testify against her brother and O'SHAUGHNESSY charged with the murder of the soldier BRANNEN. She swore she did not distinguish the prisoners on the night of the murder, and that she did not know what she was doing when she charged them with murder. The prisoners have been acquitted and the girl has been indicted for perjury.
