On Tuesday afternoon while Jeremiah DRISCOLL and John O'BRIEN were engaged in moving some deals near the mills of Messrs. Clark & Sons, Carleton (St. John) by whom they were employed, another pile of deals fell over upon them, completely burying DRISCOLL. When they were removed DRISCOLL was found quite dead, the upper portion of his skull being cut off.
