Robert William Douglas, son of Mary Ann Porter and Charles Douglas, was born July 18, 1889, in Bouctouche. He married Mary Ann Cusak, and the couple lived in Moncton. He had several occupations, including railroad engineer, draftsman, and boat builder. He died in 1964.
