Located 2.26 km SE of Fredericton Road: Salisbury Parish, Westmorland County: formerly known as North River Mountain: renamed Lewis Mountain when a post office was created: PO 1865-1929: Charles Lewis (c1761-1837) and Felix Lewis were early settlers here: : in 1871 Lewis Mountain had a population of 120: in 1898 Lewis Mountain was a farming settlement with 1 post office, 1 church and a population of 75.
