Located 3.91 km SSW of Tracadie, on the road to Rivière-du-Portage: Saumarez Parish, Gloucester County: named for Sheila Foster, whose husband set up the Tracadie Mills about 1898: PO from 1898: in 1898 Sheila was a farming community with 1 store and a population of about 50: formerly called Bellefeuille and Fosters: today Sheila is within the town of Tracadie-Sheila.
