Located 8.54 km SW of Harvey: Manners Sutton Parish, York County: included Little Settlement, which was named for John Little (c1786-1872), an English immigrant who came to the state of Maryland in 1832 and then to Harvey in 1842: David Little, William Little, James Little and Matthew Little were also early settlers here: Upper Mills became part of St. Stephen.
