Located on the Cocagne River, 5.12 km E of Notre-Dame, on the road to Cocagne-Sud: Dundas Parish, Kent County: named for several LeBlanc (White) families who were early settlers here: PO 1897-1912: in 1904 Whites Settlement was a farming settlement with 1 post office and a population of 100.
