Letter from L. P. D. Tilley, premier and minister of lands and mines, to the Rev. J.-A. Allard, East-Bathurst. – 9 December 1933. – 1 p. of textual records. Tilley says he has read a newspaper report stating that a committee, headed by the Bathurst chief of police, has found extreme examples of poverty in the Miramichi area.
