Brown paints a portrait of New Brunswick, outlining the steps in the province’s founding, as well as its government structure, agricultural capabilities, natural resources, industries, and institutions. He also explains how new arrivals can acquire land, either by purchase or their own labour. He invites those who are unhappy with their present circumstances and accustomed to hard work to book passage to New Brunswick.
