Estimate of loss sustained by Archd. [Archibald] Duncan, New Kincardineshire colonist. – April 1874. – 2 pp. of textual records. Archibald Duncan blamed the “government of New Brunswick [for] failing to fulfill the conditions of settlement as set forth in the prospectus”. Here he lists the sums he maintains are owed to him for the clearing of four acres of land as well as for the loss of income from the sale of oats, potatoes, and straw.
