Memorandum of agreement…between the government of New Brunswick…and James Grew of Grand Falls. – 2 November 1872. – 2 pp. of textual records. James Grew agrees to “build a good substantial log home on some of the lots located at the Muniac River” according to government specifications, which he sets out in the agreement.
