Anders Carlsen grant for 100 acres at Drummond, Victoria County, New Brunswick. – 4 December 1878. – 3 pp. of textual records. This grant includes a copy of the plan showing Carlsen’s lot no. 210 next to lot no. 212 belonging to Hans Hansen. Carlsen, who hailed from Glumsø village in Zealand (Sjælland) was one of the original 1872 pioneers. He died of pneumonia in 1881, leaving his wife Marie and son Peter to work the farm.
