Abstract Parish of St. Andrews, Charlotte County, Esquire. Will dated 7 May 1833, proved 30 May 1833. Wife Elizabeth Hannah all personal estate and control and management of real estate. Son Samuel George brick house and lot corner Kings and Wales Streets where I reside, he to pay £50 to each of his sisters, Mary Hannah Rebecca DeVEBER, Sybell Juliet GIBBS and Isabella Almira. Daughter Elizabeth Ann 100 acres on Pleasant Ridge bequeathed by my late father, Rev. Samuel ANDREWS, adjoining the 100 acres bequeathed by me to my son John Marshall Clarke. Son John Marshall Clarke north part of Chamcook Island, he to provide for his sister Elizabeth Ann, and 200 acres on Pleasant Ridge divided equally to both. Daughter Sarah Louise 33 acres Hands Island in Little L'Tete Passage. Sons Samuel George and Richard Milton 500 acres Parish of St. Patrick, four 100 acre farm lots in Parish of St. David and 200 acres in Parish of St. Stephen. Son Richard Milton land on Water Street formerly owned by Daniel McMASTER Esq., he to pay £75 to each of his sisters Mary Hannah Rebecca DeVEBER, Sybell Juliet GIBBS and Isabella Almira. Daughters Mary Hannah Rebecca DeVEBER, Sybell Juliet GIBBS and Isabella Almira ANDREWS four Town Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Block P, Parr's Division, St. Andrews. Wife Elizabeth Hannah ANDREWS, son Samuel George ANDREWS and son-in-law W. E. Nelson DeVEBER executors. Witnesses: Harris HATCH, Samuel FRYE, Joseph N. CLARKE. NOTE: Sybell Juliet GIBBS wife of John C. GIBBS of Liverpool, England.
