Abstract Parish of Fredericton, York County. Will dated 7 February 1824, proved 3 June 1833. Daughters Elizabeth BAILEY, Ann BAILEY and Charlotte BAILEY the land I hold by leave of Government and the Trustees of the College of New Brunswick and a portion of my farm adjoining land owned by William SEGEE, assorted livestock and all the money due me from the pay office of the Crown as my halfpay. Sons William and George BAILEY residue of estate. No executors named. Witnesses: Thomas EMERSON, Thomas L. LANGEN, William SEGEE. CODICIL dated 7 February 1824 (missing from file) evidently named George BAILEY, Elizabeth BAILEY and Ann BAILEY as executors and was apparently executed and witnessed at the same time as the will.
