Abstract Parish of Waterborough, Queens County. Will dated 12 February 1807, proved 21 December 1809. Probate granted 17 January 1810, Record Book A, pages 204-209. Wife use of the dwelling for life and at her death the dwelling and livestock to son Henry. Son John Lot 3 on which he now lives, he giving his mother 40 shillings annually. Son William Lot 36, also £60 and my chest of carpenter tools. Daughter Katharine a cow, six sheep, bed and bedding and her living and maintenance with her mother and Henry while unmarried. Daughter Mary a cow, six sheep, bed and bedding and her living and maintenance with her mother and Henry while unmarried. Four daughters already married, Christen, Margret, Magdalen and Julia, each 20 shillings. Wife (not named in any probate documents and records) sole executrix and friends Alexander MacPHERSON and Daniel STILWELL overseers. Witnesses: Daniel STILWELL, Alexander MacPHERSON, John MARSHALL. Inventory, dated 16 December 1809, valued at £725 by John MARSHALL, David BRILL and John HANSELPACKER.
