Abstract Parish of Burton, Sunbury County, Gentleman. Will dated 31 October 1796, proved 7 February 1798. Son Jacob half my farm in Sheffield, Lots 21 and 9 on Middle Island, bought from Caleb MALLERY, half of stock and farming utensils and my farm in Burton. Son Isaac the other half of farm in Sheffield with Lots 1, 6, 11, and 22 on Middle Island, half of the livestock and utensils. Daughter Peggy £75. Daughter Betsy £100. Wife Sarah all household furniture and her maintenance. Sons Jacob and Asa Lots 25 and 26 on the Madam Keswick in the Township of Queensborough(sic), York County, one Lot in Burton, Sunbury County, and 5 Lots on Oromocto Island. Son Jacob sole executor. Witnesses: Nicholas WHEELER, Alexander McLEOD, Thomas MILLER.
