Abstract Parish of Northampton, York County, Yeoman. Will dated 8 January 1821, proved 15 June 1821. Wife Mary one-third of estate. Nephew John IRWIN his note of hand for £636 given me 24 January 1817 and two-thirds of my personal estate if he come live on my farm. Richard KETCHUM and Thomas PHILLIPS both of Parish of Woodstock executors. Witnesses: Nicholas CUNLIFFE, Cornelius ACKERMAN, James FOSTER. CODICIL dated 12 June 1821 If John IRVIN does not come to reside on my farm, I give one-third of his note to my wife Mary and use of farm and stock for life. Witnesses: James UPHAM, Richard [PRAGER], Thomas PHILLIPS.
