Four daughters Maria Ann, Frances Ludlow, Louisa Abigail and Euphemia Elizabeth residue of father's legacy and £50 each. Son George Frederick Street BERTON farm in Burton. Son Jerome Ambrose BERTON £25, subject to expense incurred in his maintenance to age 13. Brothers George Frederick STREET of Fredericton and John Ambrose Sharman STREET of Miramichi and son George Frederick Street BERTON joint Guardians of such children as are under age 21. George Frederick STREET and George Frederick Street BERTON executors. Witnesses: Mark NEEDHAM, William FRASER, Samuel STREET.
