The part of Lot 18 on the west side of Prince William Street with dwelling, wharf and store to nephew Peter BLAIR, shopkeeper, of Saint John, to be charged with an annual rental of £25 payable to my wife Margaret during her life. The other part of the lot, on the east side of Prince William Street, with the dwelling and other buildings to wife Margaret during her life, and at her decease to my grandson David Blair DONALD. Dwelling where I now live with the store at the corner of Prince William Street and the alley leading to Germain Street, which I hold by lease, to my wife for life, for and during the remainder of the terms of the lease, and to my grandson George DONALD at her decease. Residue of real estate to wife Margaret for life, and at her decease to my daughter Isabella DONALD. Residue of personal estate to wife during her life and at her decease to daughter Isabella DONALD, nephew Peter BLAIR and my grandchildren by my daughter in such proportions as my wife shall direct by her last will and testament, or in default, between my daughter and nephew equally.
