Abstract Formerly of [Terknow] in the Parish of Tintagell in the County of Cornwall in England, now of the City of Saint John, St. John County. Will dated 31 March 1832, proved 9 May 1832. Executors to dispose of a lot of land, 4 or 5 acres with house, outhouses, etc., situate in the Parish of Tintagell and lately bequeathed to me by my late brother William BROWN of that place and divide the proceeds equally among my present wife Jean and my five children by my former wife who are residing in Eden in the Province of Maine. Residue of estate to wife Jean. Hugh ALLEN, John ABRAM and wife Jean BROWN executors. Witnesses: John KNOLLIN, David COLLINS, James CUNINGHAM.
