Son Charles Branen BULYEA all [land], stock and household furniture, he to maintain me and my wife during our natural lives. Son Holly BULYEA two pounds ten shillings. Daughter Hannah FLUELLING 10 shillings. Daughter Deborough GORAM 10 shillings. Daughter Jane BULYEA 10 shillings. Any other person who may have lawful claim on my estate 5 shillings. Son Charles Branen BULYEA and my wife Prudace(sic) (named again as "Prudanc") BULYEA executors. Witnesses: Daniel PEATMAN, William GORUM, William BULYEA. Inventory, dated 20 September 1830, valued at £128 by James BULYEA, Daniel GORUM and Daniel PEATMAN.
