Abstract No residence cited. Kings County records. Intestate. On 20 August 1800 Charles OSSBOURN of the City of Saint John petitioned for administration of the estate. Administration granted 3 October 1800 to Lawrence NEAL, who objected to the petition. Fellow bondsmen Joseph LINGLEY and Lawrence LAWSON, all of Kings County. Mention made of an unnamed step-daughter of the deceased in connection with a lot of land. Undated inventory by Joseph LINGLEY and Lawrence LAWSON valued Lot No. 22 at £25.
