When youngest grandson reaches age 21, and after the death of my son Willet CARPENTER Junior, estate to be divided. My grandson Robert James CARPENTER to receive Lot 5 on Brussels Street and Lot 23 on Wellington Street. Grandson William CARPENTER Lots 14 and 24, adjoining the lots willed to Robert James CARPENTER, and £200. Residue to be divided among my grandchildren, each grandson to receive two shares and each grand daughter one share.
