Abstract Parish of Wickham, Queens County. Will dated 15 January 1825, proved 12 February 1825. Son George CASE £400. Son Mayes CASE £400 and all my furniture that is now at his house. Daughter Mary CLARK £160 and all my furniture that is now at her house. Daughter Anne ROBINSON £140. Son Elisha CASE and his two sons Mayes and Mitchel each £25. Son Elisha's sons John, Georg(sic) and Elisha each £25 at age 21. Grand-daus, the daughters of my son Elisha CASE, each £5 in like manner. Grand-daughter Betsy [RULING] £25. Grandchildren Stephen APPLEBY, John APPLEBY, Elisha APPLEBY and Weighty Ann APPLEBY each £25 when they come of age. Any residue of estate to son Mayes CASE. Sons George and Mayes CASE and grandson Alexander CASE executors. Witnesses: Joseph C. SKINNER, John SHAW, Thomas WORDEN. Inventory, dated 14 February 1825, valued at £1,438 by Joseph C. SKINNER and John SHAW.
