All estate to be sold. My old servant Peggy £25 per annum for life. Residue to brother Job CHALONER of Philadelphia and nephew Ninyon CHALONER of Kings County, New Brunswick. In case of my brother's death, residue to be divided between Ninyon CHALONER and Benjamin C. CHALONER of Saint John. Job CHALONER, Ninyon CHALONER and Benjamin C. CHALONER executors. Witnesses: Patrick CONNELLY, John HAY, Benjamin C. CHALONER. On 28 June 1828 Job CHALONER renounced executorship.
