Lydia Ann one and a half shares. Sarah one share. Phebe a half share. Easter CHALONER a half share. William PETERS and my son John guardians of my son James until he is age 21 unless he should choose to go to a trade. William PETERS, Hoyt FOSTER and son John CHALONER executors. Witnesses: Charles P. HOYT, William BEEMAN, Hezekiah HOYT. Inventory of personal estate, dated 16 January 1835, valued at £131 by David PICKETT and Samuel HOYT.
