Abstract Parish of St. Stephen, Charlotte County, Rector. Will dated 15 March 1819, proved 26 September 1827. Sons Samuel Richard and Richard Samuel a pair of oxen and farming utensils on the farm I gave them at Gagetown. Daughter Rebecca Mary livestock, household furniture, my silver watch. Daughter Mehetable Anne WESTON a feather bed. Daughter Rebecca Mary one-half the farm deeded to me from Dr. Levi WESTON and whatever money due me from England. Daughter Elisabeth Hannah ANDREWS £5. Daughter Abigail Sibell CLARKE £5 and two-fifths of tract of land lately granted to me at Bay of Chaleur. Balance of this tract to daughters Rebecca Mary, Elisabeth Hannah and Mehetable Anne. Son Joseph Nehemiah farm in Gagetown bought from Capt. Stephen HOYT, a part of which I deeded to Elijah SMITH. Grand-daughter Rebecca Susannah WESTON 6 silver table spoons. Mentions grand-daughters Olivia Sarah and Mehetible Anne WESTON, children of daughter Mehetable Anne and Dr. Levi WESTON. Grand-daughter Rebecca TURNEY, now in New Haven with her parents Nathaniel [FARRAND] and her mother Abigail Sibell CLARKE, 6 silver table spoons. Daughter Rebecca Mary, sons Samuel Richard and Joseph Nehemiah CLARKE executors. Witnesses: William TODD, Jane Martin TODD, William TODD Junr.
