Abstract Parish of Westfield, Kings County. Will dated 20 October 1822, proved 30 October 1822. Appoint William ROSE to get my two cows. If they have calves next spring, one is for Mary Ann CRAIG Junior and the other for Esther Ann ROSE. The other (?) is for my son Martin to be left with William ROSE till he calls for it. Appoint William ROSE to receive my twelve sheep from Abraham DAY and to keep them one year, then put out six of them to some person for Martin and keep the other six until my son John gets six of them and then put them out for the use of my daughter Catharine. My [son] William is to get six silver teaspoons. Daughter Mary the other three teaspoons and looking glass. Daughter Catharine my bed, bedstead and curtains. My son John and William ROSE to live on the place. Witnesses: William PORTER, William ROSE, John CRAIG. Administration granted 30 October 1822 to William ROSE.
