Inventory, dated 20 February 1795, valued at £72 by James HAIT and Chapman JUDSON, included 100 acres of land valued at £30, a tract of Marsh Meadow valued at £10, and a Town Lot in the City of St. John lying in the lower Cove valued at one pound ten shillings.
