Abstract Parish of Hopewell, Westmorland County. Intestate. Administration granted 22 April 1833 to Joseph DANIELS and Handley STARRAT, farmers, both of Hopewell. Fellow bondsmen Aaron ROBINSON, farmer, of Hopewell and William WILSON, surgeon, of Dorchester. Petition of Joseph DANIELS and Handley STARRAT for administration stated the deceased left two minor children aged sixteen and thirteen and left no widow nor any next of kin "nearer in degree than Your Petitioner Joseph DANIELS." Moses STEVENS, George ROGERS and David G. HOAR directed to appraise the estate.
