Wife Margaritt, with her two youngest daughters, Margaritt and Ann, the dwelling, furniture, land and stock for life. My four sons, James, Thomas, William and John, all the lands I hold by Grant Deed, each to have an equal share at age 21, reserving to James Lot 13 together with the mill privilege at Dipper Harbour Creek. Wife Margaritt DAWSON and John FERGUSON of Saint John executors. Witnesses: David GETCHELL, William FRENCH.
