Wife Mary DOBSON one third of real estate for life, a cow, a yearling heifer, six sheep and all my household furniture. As I believe her to be in a state of pregnancy, if a son, landed property to him; if a daughter, she to receive £20 to be paid by my brother Joseph DOBSON at age 18. Mother Charlotte DOBSON one cow. Brother Joseph DOBSON, provided I leave no male heir, two-thirds of my landed property and the other third after my wife's death, he to pay Doctor CARVILL's bill. Brother Joseph DOBSON executor. Witnesses: Gilbert WALL, Richard DOBSON, David DOBSON.
