On 20 August 1794 the kindred and creditors of the deceased were cited to appear and show cause why administration of the estate should not be granted to William THOMPSON, merchant, City of Saint John, one of the creditors of James Weemys DONALDSON. The Saint John Gazette carried notice of the estate of "James Whymes DONALDSON," William THOMSON administrator.
