Abstract Parish of Waterborough, Queens County, Yeoman. Will dated 30 May 1833, proved 15 July 1833. Wife Mary FERRIS all real and personal estate while she lives. At wife's death the land and personal estate to sons Joseph and William FERRIS, they paying the following legacies: son George FERRIS £10; son John FERRIS 5 shillings; daughters Margaret PERKINS, Mary CAMP, Rebecca CRAFTS, Jane CRAFTS, Elizabeth FERRIS, Catharine McLEAN and Sally ELSWORTH each a cow and six sheep. Wife Mary FERRIS, George McLEAN and Hanford ELSWORTH executors. Witnesses: Joseph BROWNE, Peter WHITE, William WHITE. Inventory, dated 12 July 1833, valued at £281 by Joseph BROWNE and Peter WHITE.
