Dwelling, store and land to Charles, son of my brother Peter, at age 21, but should Charles die, property to be sold and proceeds divided among the children of brother Peter by his present wife Sussanah. Any residue to be divided among the named heirs, with the exception of Charles and Eunice FISHER and Eliza SAUNDERS.
