Fellow bondsmen John HASTINGS and Thomas NICHOLSON, merchants, both of Saint John. Petition of Benjamin GRAY praying administration stated that he had been lately called to visit a sick man, John GILMORE, a few days before he died; that the deceased lodged in a room belonging to Gustavus BLACK; and that the deceased had a sum of money deposited in the Bank of this Province.
