Abstract Parish of Westfield, Kings County. Will dated 26 June 1815, proved 20 March 1818. Wife Mary HAYTER the northernmost hundred acres of Lot 12, being the land we live on, with all the goods and chattels for life. At her death she may give the goods and chattels to any of her daughters she may think fit. Thomas HAYTER, at the death of his mother Mary HAYTER, the south 50 acres and half the farming utensils. James HAYTER the other half of the hundred acres and the other half of the farming utensils. William HAYTER £5. Wife Mary HAYTER and Hugh JOHNSTON Esq. executors. Witnesses: Hugh JOHNSTON Senior, Margaret JOHNSTON, Isbella(sic) THORBURN. Inventory, dated 13 January 1818, valued at £331 by John COLE and Andrew HAMM.
