Fellow bondsmen Daniel SMITH and Nathaniel NEVERS, all of Lincoln. File contains a will drawn in June 1819 not signed. The document names sons John, Samuel, Daniel, George and William, daughters Lydia Ann (wife of David MITCHELL), Ann (wife of Samuel ESTABROOKS), Mary and Ruth. Land on Oromocto Island, a farm in Lincoln and a 200-acre farm in Kingsclear, York County, mentioned. Brother John HAYWARD and son-in-law David MITCHELL named executors.
