Wife Mary HOLDER shall hold possession of all my property both real and personal as long as she remains my widow. Son Samuel one pound. Son John £5. Son Jacob £10. Daughter Mary a cow, bed and bedding and £5. In consideration of my son Robert living at home and taking care of me and his mother, 100 acres of land on the lower side of my Lot 2. Son George £10. After wife's death, the property "to be Equally divided between my Children whose Names follow Rachal [More], Martha [Sleep], Jacob, Robert, Mary and George and my Grand Daughter Sarah Frances to have made good what her Mother left at her death." Wife Mary, sons Samuel and Robert HOLDER executors. Witnesses: Joseph SHARP Senr., William HENDERSON, Thomas DARAGH. Inventory, dated 10 July 1828, valued at £485 by Daniel PEATMAN and Benjamin B.
