Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County, Seaman. Intestate. Administration granted on 19 August 1831 to his brother John JACKSON, Tide Waiter in His Majesty's Customs. Fellow bondsmen Edward C. WADDINGTON and John WOODLY, all of the City of Saint John. Petition of John JACKSON stated Samuel JACKSON died on or about Christmas last past at New Orleans, leaving his father, three brothers and two sisters besides petitioner; that the three brothers and one sister now reside in England; that the other sister and the father are now residing at Sussex Vale and have declined to take administration.
