Abstract Parish of Fredericton, York County. Will dated 28 June 1816, proved 4 September 1817. Wife Bridget house and lot purchased from Henry SMITH in Fredericton and £35 per annum from bond I hold for Joseph ESTABROOKS. My nieces Margaret GILL, Sarah GILL, Hannah ESSINGTON and Mary ESSINGTON, the house and lot at wife's decease. Nephew John ESSINGTON my wearing apparel. Wife Bridget JAMES and Jedediah SLASON, merchant, of Fredericton, executors. Witnesses: Garret CLOPPER, H. G. CLOPPER, C. D. McCURDY. On 27 October 1827, on a petition of John ESSINGTON and Bryan BRADY as Administrators of John ESSINGTON, deceased, Jedediah SLASON, the surviving executor of the estate of Daniel JAMES, was directed to present correct accounts on 5 January next.
