Abstract Parish of Sheffield, Sunbury County, Yeoman. Will dated 20 June 1800, proved 28 October 1801. Wife Abigail all furniture and use of estate until son David is age 21. Thereafter, the use of half the dwelling and barns for life, provided she maintain my Mother during her lifetime. Son Thomas Lot 8 in "Maquaquack Block, Allans Survey" in Parish of Queensbury, York County, now in his possession. Son Daniel Lot 7, now in his possession, and half of Lot 20 in the (Guides and) Pioneers Grant. Son-in-law Samuel CLARKE Lot 6 now in his possession. Sons Ezekiel and David, or the survivor should either die before age 21, all my lands in Sunbury County. Daughters Sarah and Abigail each £9. Daughters Martha, Issabel, Lydia and Hannah each £15 and one cow when they arrive at age 18. Wife Abigail sole executrix. Witnesses: David BURPE, James GALLISHAM, Hannah BURPE.
