Wife £100, two cows and the use of my dwelling, furniture and the upper half of my land on Spoon Island with one third of the fruit which grows on my trees both plums and apples for life. Son Thomas JONES the use of six acres of land where his house stands and the interest of £50 paid by my executors in clothing yearly for life. Son Jesse JONES the land he now lives on. The property description of these 416 acres mentions lands granted to John MOSELY, Richard S. DICKSON, Joseph DICKSON Junior, Joseph DICKSON Senior, Abel BEARDSLEY, John MANCHESTER and Alexander SHARP. Daughter Elizabeth ADAMS £50. Daughter Elenor JONES £50. Daughter Catharine JONES £50. Son Edward JONES the like sum of £5 (supposed to be £50 according to deposition of Joseph C. SKINNER). Daughter Margaret ALLEN use of land adjoining John TOMSON and the lower half of my land on Spoon Island and the use of the upper half of the land on Spoon Island, after my wife's death, for life. At daughter's death the lands to "the Heirs of My said Daughter Margaret ALLEN's body." Son Jesse JONES and my son-in-law Daniel JONES executors. Witnesses: Joseph C. SKINNER, Samuel JONES, John DELONG, Thomas UNDERHILL. Inventory, dated 23 January 1832, valued at £258 by Thomas UNDERHILL of Wickham and Samuel JONES of Kings County.
