Abstract Parish of Westmorland, Westmorland County. Will dated 9 July 1799, proved 27 July 1811. All real and personal estate to be divided into five equal shares. Daughter Elizabeth TRUEMAN, wife of William TRUEMAN, John KEILLOR, Thomas KEILLOR and Robert KEILLOR each to receive one share and the fifth share to be divided among Amos FOWLER the Younger, William FOWLER, Jeremiah FOWLER and Thomas FOWLER, the children of my deceased daughter Ann, late wife of Amos FOWLER. Friends William TRUEMAN, John KEILLOR and Amos FOWLER executors. Witnesses: Thomas KING, Christopher CARTER, James WATSON.
