Abstract Parish of Sackville, Westmorland County, Yeoman. Will dated 26 October 1815, proved 6 August 1822. Son William LAWRENCE one-half of my six home lots called eight acre lots on the South side where his house and Dam now stand, Lot 42 on the Kings Marsh and a sixteen acre lot adjoining George LAWRENCE's. Son George LAWRENCE one-half of an eight acre lot adjoining the land he now owns in right of his wife, two sixteen acre lots where his dwelling house and dam now stand, and Lot 43 on the Kings Marsh. Son James LAWRENCE the three home lots called my homestead, Lot 44 on the Kings Marsh, one-third of Lot 41 purchased of Jonathan HICKS and a sixteen acre lot, excepting four acres part thereof heretofore sold to Laban CUSHING. Grandson Valentine LAWRENCE £15. Residue of estate to be divided among the three sons, William, George and James LAWRENCE. Sons William, George and James LAWRENCE executors. Witnesses: Jane J. MILLIDGE, Eliza MILLIDGE (appears as "Eliza BACKHOUSE wife of Marmaduke BACKHOUSE formerly Eliza MILLIDGE" in the probate records), William BOTSFORD.
