Abstract City of Saint John, St. John County. Will dated 21 May 1835, proved 4 July 1835. Entire real and personal estate to wife Ann McKEE during her lifetime, one-half to be at her disposal. At wife's decease, the other half of the estate to be sold and I give to the treasurer of the Wesleyan Methodist Chapel in Saint John "for the Good of the Cause" excepting £100 to my sister Betsy McKEE, if alive, to help my brother William McKEE support her. Ann McKEE, Gilbert T. RAY and Richard WHITESIDE in the Wesleyan Society executors. Witnesses: George A. LOCKHEED, John GARDNER. Inventory, filed 6 June 1836, valued at £1,503 versus debts amounting to £1,025.
