Wife Mary all my land, being Lot 1 on the north side of the Salmon River, and all my personal estate as long as she remains my widow. My real estate to my lawful heirs, eldest son Matthew, second William, third Jonathan and fourth Miriam when she is at the age of eighteen years. Matthew FENWICK, William McLEOD and Robert McLEOD executors. Witnesses: Edward WYMAN, Mary FOSTER, Miriam FENWICK. Inventory, dated 11 February 1823, valued at £133 by Thomas MUSGROVE and Ulas HANEY.
