Sister Mrs. Catherine McPHERSON £50 and £50 to each of her children, un-named. Wife's niece, Rachel WILLIAMS, £75 and two beds. Son William McLEOD house and lot below the Town Plat of Fredericton now occupied by John ESSINGTON. Residue of estate to son John McLEOD. Son John McLEOD and friend Peter FRASER executors. Witnesses: William F. ODELL, Garret CLOPPER, Robert SMITH. File includes list of receivables involving 240 individuals and firms, too long for inclusion here, amounting to some £2,749. The list includes a notation that payment for articles sold at auction to John FISHER has not been made as FISHER has absconded.
