Abstract Parish of Fredericton, York County. Will dated 2 February 1818, proved 16 March 1817 (The Surrogate erred in his writing and the year should be 1818 as recorded in Record Book 1, page 204.) Wife Sarah all household and personal estate; use of real estate while widow for her maintenance and the support and education of my two children, Sarah Elizabeth and Duncan. In case of death or marriage of wife and death of children, estate to cousin Anne FAIRCLOUGH and her children, in case she shall have any, and in case of her decease, to the lawful heirs of my uncle Charles McPHERSON. Friends Jedediah SLASON and Mark NEEDHAM of Fredericton executors. Witnesses: Garret CLOPPER, Archibald McLEAN, James VanHORNE, George W. K. LUGRIN.
