Abstract Parish of Hampstead, Queens County. Will dated 10 November 1801, proved 8 December 1802. My feme Covert Elizabeth all real and personal estate for life. Son Caleb 10 shillings. If grand-daughter Anna HUESTIS marries before my feme covert's decease she to have a cow, three sheep, a bedstead and bedding, six chairs, one pot, one kettle, table, six knives and forks and six spoons. Residue of estate at feme covert's decease to be divided among my three sons and two daughters with the provision that grand children Jno. and Elizabeth MORRELL each be paid £6 10s. John GOLDING Esq. and my sons Gilbert and Israel MERRITT executors. Witnesses: Stephen GOLDING, Thomas GOLDING, Alexander KEVAND. Inventory, filed 7 December 1802, valued at £21 by Robert SMITH and Stephen GOLDING.
